About True Home Food

I grew up in Switzerland, lived in Spain, and I'm half Peruvian. I always missed food that gave me energy and still tasted generous, colorful and homemade. That is why I decided to go to the weekly market and offer exactly this type of food. I founded True Home Food in September 2023 with a simple vision: to cook healthy and nourishing food that brings people together.

My background is in tourism, and I design our menus and develop the recipes myself. Peruvian culture shapes how I cook, and I often add a Peruvian note or flavors in my own way. For me, catering isn't only about what's on the plate. It's a way of bringing people together and connecting them.
